Gémo’s new concept store
Gémo launches a new concept with a modern smart store to meet the expectations of our customers in France and abroad and thus conquer the international market.
Family Store Fun: that’s the name of our new store. The concept presents a more attractive business model that combines seductive merchandising with a clear, accessible product offering, a fluid customer journey and new in-store digital services to improve the customer experience.
With a take-away area for picking up parcels and online orders, a spacious and comfortable fitting room… And, throughout the store, the possibility to order and pay by tablet.
The brand strategy has evolved in a way that will allow it to meet its two main objectives:
- Guaranteeing 100% customer satisfaction
- Double its international points of sale (outside of mainland France) by 2020.
