Gémo’s new concept store

Gémo is launching a new international omnichannel concept store: the fun, modern and connected Family Store. Gémo, the French clothing, footwear and accessories brand for the whole family, has created a whole new store concept—the fun, modern and connected Family Store—to meet the needs of its customers and tap into new markets overseas.

The concept is based on a more attractive business model that combines seductive merchandising with a clear, accessible product offering, a fluid customer journey and new phygital services to improve the customer experience.

The brand strategy has evolved in a way that will allow it to meet its two main objectives in the short-term: to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and to double its international points of sale (outside of mainland France) by 2020.
