Solidarity – “Empty Satchel” Operation to help school children in Senegal
At the end of the 2018-2019 school year, Gémo’s “Empty Satchel” operation begins! Its goal: to collect donations of school supplies for the Layonz’elles charity.
Among the major commitments of Gémo within its “Better” initiative is solidarity and education, as a main action resource.
This is why Gémo and its employees are today collecting donations for the “Empty Satchel” operation, for the Layonz’elles charity.
Layonz’elles? A charity that brings together two friends, Emilie Martin and Marina Toublanc, helping them take part in the 2019 edition of the Sénégazellea long-distance trek and all-female charity action.
The supplies collected will be distributed to children in remote villages in Senegal.
Thank you to all the participants for their donations!
